Saba Vahdat

Saba Vahdat, 27, serves as the Executive Vice President of ELMO Realty Co. Inc., a privately held New York based real estate development firm that builds, owns and operates long-term affordable housing and transitional homeless shelters throughout New York City. Saba is charged with the firm’s domestic expansion, and currently oversees the development of three homeless shelters in Manhattan anticipated to be operational by December 2018. Upon completion, these facilities will create an additional 450 units for New York's most vulnerable residents in addition to the 600 units in its existing portfolio. Saba leads her team through all stages of construction, starting with conceptual planning through initial building occupancy. Saba received her Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and Graduate Degree from Harvard University.
