Dr. Roya Rakhshani is a Board Certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist with a private practice in Costa Mesa. She is an active staff member at Hoag Memorial, Orange Coast Memorial, and Fountain Valley Regional Hospitals. Dr. Rakhshani has served as the department chief of OB/GYN at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, has chaired The Quality of Patient Care and served on various other committees.She has advanced training in Robotic surgery, and has successfully performed many minimally invasive operations. She has great interest in new innovations in her field of practice.At age 16, she moved to California and completed her senior year of high school. She went on to earn her medical degree and complete her residency at USC. She has been a sought-after speaker on topics of menopause, contraception and osteoporosis. Dr. Rakhshani is passionate about her work and committed to improving the quality of women’s health and overall well-being.
