Mona Moazzaz

Mona Moazzaz is Chief Administrative Officer for MetLife. She is responsible for key global corporate functions as well as the strategy and execution of transformation agendas. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, management of MetLife’s Reinvestment Fund and managing the company’s largest technology workforce and reward and recognition programs. Mona is also responsible for MetLife’s global real estate, physical security and new site operations. She oversees large scale programs including mergers, divestitures and compliance. Mona also led MetLife’s digital strategy focused on modernizing the company’s foundation while leapfrogging the industry through innovation. Previously, Mona was a management consultant in North America and in the Middle East. She has advised educational start-ups in Bolivia, Ethiopia and Ghana and is an active member of the Baha’i Faith. Mona earned her BA from the U.C. San Diego and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
