New York Mentorship Program Orientation
On September 14, 2017, New York mentees and mentors gathered at the home of Laya Khadjavi to launch New York’s Mentorship Program. The 22 participants spent the evening learning more about the program, set intentions for their involvement, and shared their personal stories. The room was filled with accomplished and passionate male and female mentees from multiple generations, each committed to learning more about themselves and their mentorship partner throughout the 10-month duration of this program. Laya’s home buzzed with excitement as many new connections were made and the seeds of friendship sowed.
