Mentors

Become a Mentor

A mentor is someone who has years of experience in a given field and would like to serve the community by helping future generations. Upon applying to become an IAWF mentor, you will be paired with a mentee looking for someone like you to provide guidance, support, and advice in their professional development. Benefits of becoming a mentor include:

The opportunity to be part of a unique platform for providing guidance to the next generation of professionals, and to equally enjoy the benefits of learning from them.

The opportunity to recognize and develop young adults and new talent.
